Why prices differ
from build to build.
Here's what a typical agent costs in practice, and the four things that move a price up or down.
Your monthly fee is set from the first month's real usage, and reviewed if your volume changes a lot. For comparison, similar builds from agencies in Kenya start from about KSh 10,000 setup plus KSh 2,000 a month, and custom agency work often runs into six figures.
How much it has to think
A website is built once and then simply shown. An agent reads, decides and writes every single time it runs, so it takes more work to build and test.
What it connects to
Every outside service, such as M-Pesa, WhatsApp or Gmail, needs its own setup, security and testing. More connections mean more setup.
What it costs to run
AI models charge a small amount each time they're used. That cost is passed on exactly, with no markup, so busy agents cost more and quiet ones less.

The AI and the apps it connects to change over time. The management plan pays for the checks and fixes that keep your build running without you thinking about it.

What does “setup from” mean?
It's the starting price for a standard version of that build. The final price depends on the pages, features and connections you need, and you get a clear quote before any work starts.
What does the monthly fee cover?
For AI agents, automations and website add-ons it's two things: the actual cost of the AI or apps the build uses, passed on at cost, plus a management plan (Basic KSh 2,000 or Full KSh 3,500). For websites it's hosting and domain at cost, plus a Website care package if you want one (from KSh 2,500 a month).
How is the AI usage cost worked out?
It's measured from the first month of real use and passed on exactly, with no markup. If your volume changes a lot later, the monthly fee is reviewed. There's a worked example in the “Why the price” section above.
What's the difference between Basic and Full?
Basic covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and updates when the AI or other services change. Full adds small changes and tuning each month, a monthly usage report and priority support on WhatsApp.
What do the sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt do?
They help search engines and AI tools understand your site. The sitemap lists every page so Google finds them, robots.txt says what may be read, and llms.txt is a plain summary for AI search tools like ChatGPT. Website care keeps all three up to date as your site changes.
Do I pay anything when I send a request?
No. Choosing an option and sending the form just notifies me. I'll confirm the scope and the final price with you before any work or payment.
What if my budget is below the starting price?
