Automations that run while you work.
An automation connects the tools you already use and runs a routine task on its own, on a schedule or whenever something arrives, so nobody has to copy, paste or remember.

Record keeping
Every run is written to Google Sheets, so there is a log you can check and share.
- Map the routineWe write down the steps you repeat today, what triggers them and where the result goes.
- Connect the toolsGmail, Google Sheets and the other services involved are linked securely.
- Handle the exceptionsSpam, missing data and failures are caught, retried or flagged to you.
- Run and logIt runs on its own, and every run is recorded so you can check it.
Which tools can it connect to?
Gmail and Google Sheets are shown in the demos. Other tools are checked during scoping.
What happens if something fails?
Failures are retried or flagged to you, and every run is logged, so nothing disappears silently.
How much does an automation cost?
Setup starts at KSh 8,000 for a single workflow and KSh 15,000 for a multi-step automation. After that, the monthly fee is the actual cost of the apps and AI it uses, passed on at cost, plus a management plan of KSh 2,000 or KSh 3,500.
